I am coming to love the quiet of Fridays. It's the day of the week when we don't have to run out to go to school or activities (unless we're off to the farm and, well, that's just fun!).
Today, it's a gray and rainy day. It's perfect for napping and resting. Although, we've opted to do computer work (me) and school work (Pook).
It's also a great day for reflecting. Pook is four and a half. In the last year, she's come so far. Each day she is learning and absorbing new things. It is incredible. Each age brings such amazing discoveries for her (and me).
She's no longer a baby, no longer a toddler. She's a bonified kid, a little person.
Every day, she gains more independence. Every day, she grows more. She is amazing.
